Kevin heads the Corporate Banking practice at Fifth Third Bank, overseeing the national commercial team which brings together the deep industry expertise and insight within Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), Healthcare, Financial Institutions, Energy, Consumer Retail, Entertainment, Lodging and Leisure, as well as Diversified Industries.

Kevin joined Fifth Third in 2015 to create and co-head the Tech, Media and Telecom group, and later added the Diversified Industries West Coast practice. Prior to joining the bank, Kevin was managing director and led part of the Communications, Media & Entertainment Group at CIT. Prior to CIT , Kevin spent time in the commercial banking practices at GE, DLJ and JPMorgan. Kevin has been dedicated to providing a collaborative approach to corporate client solutions for more than 20 years.

Kevin holds an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester.

Craig is Group Head of Fifth Third’s Consumer and Retail Corporate Banking vertical. Joining Fifth Third in 2014, he previously led the Diversified Industries and Fifth Third Leasing teams at the Bank.

Craig’s experience also includes various leadership positions in Corporate and Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Leverage Finance, Leasing and Risk Management at Bank of America and predecessor organizations.

Craig earned his BS in Finance from the Commerce School at the University of Virginia.

Richard Butler

Richard is Group Head of Energy, Power and Utilities. He joined the Bank in 2012 and established the Bank’s Energy practice.

Prior to joining the Bank, Richard spent over 22 years at Bank of Scotland/Lloyds Banking Group where he primarily focused on the sub investment grade upstream and midstream sectors.

Richard holds a BBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Joshua Landau

Josh leads the New York-based national Financial Institutions Group (FIG), covering insurance companies, fund managers, banks, mortgage servicers, and diversified financials.

Before joining Fifth Third in 2017, Josh served as the head of the FIG-America at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. (ANZ) and held various roles as a FIG and Insurance banker at Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan Chase), BNP Paribas, UBS, and Firemark Investments over the past 25 years. Josh has an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and a BS in Business Administration from the University at Albany.

Josh serves as President of the International Insurance Society, a global insurance industry knowledge and educational organization, is a Member of the Advisory Board at the Center for Institutional Investment Management at the University at Albany, and is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board of the School of Business at the University.

Leveraging prior industry and capital markets expertise, Mike focuses on comprehensive corporate banking and capital market solutions for Fifth Third’s healthcare clients. His team of corporate bankers specialize in full-service capital structure, treasury management and corporate and investment banking services for both public and private companies as well as private equity firms in the Healthcare vertical.

Mike joined Fifth Third in 2014 to launch the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) platform and expand the ECM group’s value proposition to include equity underwriting, trading and retail distribution.

He previously held senior and leadership positions at Avondale Partners and J.P. Morgan’s Equity Capital Markets Group. With over 20 years of experience originating and executing equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions across a variety of industry verticals, he has worked extensively with both large cap and small cap issuers. His transaction experience ranges from $25 million to $10 billion. Mike has a BS from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Vanderbilt.

Pete is Managing Director and Group Head of Fifth Third’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and Entertainment, Lodging & Leisure (ELL) businesses. He has over 25 years of global experience in the TMT sectors and over 10 years in ELL.

Pete joined Fifth Third in December 2015 from GE Capital. During his nearly 19-year career at GE, Pete focused on the TMT and ELL sectors and held roles of increasing responsibility and diversity. He was appointed the Commercial Leader for GE Capital’s TMT business in December 2009. Prior to GE, Pete had an 11-year career at Toronto Dominion Bank, where he held senior positions in the Communications Finance and Risk Management groups in both the U.S. and Europe. He began his business career at Chase Manhattan Bank.

Pete holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Boston College. He is an active volunteer and past Chairman of the Board for The Kennedy Center, a not-for-profit rehabilitation agency supporting individuals with disabilities throughout Connecticut.
