What to Expect

We'll automatically transfer your mortgage from your current institution, however, our Customer Service team may not have immediate access to your loan information for up to two weeks during this transition. We will do everything we can to assist if questions arise.

  • 24 hours after the transfer takes place, you’ll be able to set up your online account with Fifth Third and can begin making payments.
  • If your account cannot be set up, your loan has likely not been transferred. Please call the customer support line, 800-473-6934.
  • If you currently have an escrow account for your tax and/or insurance payments, they will continue to be collected and paid by Fifth Third from your escrow account. Your account may go through an analysis 60 days post transfer. If your account runs through an analysis, you will receive a new analysis statement with a new updated payment amount.
