• Payment relief is available for 90 days from the date of the FEMA declaration. (This is called a forbearance.)

• Past due payments will not be reported to the credit bureaus during this period.

At the end of the 90-day payment relief period, you have four options:

1. Provide a lump-sum payment to bring the loan current.
   • If you expect to be able to make a lump-sum payment in a few months, selecting a 90-day forbearance may be a good choice for you.
     • As noted above, if you enroll in mortgage payment relief, you may be able to delay making payments on your mortgage for 90 days from the date of the FEMA declaration.
     • During this time, you will not face late fees or past due payment credit reporting related to your mortgage. However, interest will continue to accrue.
     • At the end of the 90 days, you can catch up on your payments all at once, with a lump-sum payment.
2. Extend the payment relief forbearance period.
   • If additional time is needed beyond the initial 90-day period to make a lump-sum payment, you may be able to extend the forbearance period.
     • You may extend your forbearance with another 90-day, delayed-payment period by contacting us at 866-601-6391. You can obtain forbearance for three months at a time, up to a total of 12 months.
     • While we are waiving fees for the initial 90 day forbearance period beginning on the date of the FEMA declaration, any additional 90 day forbearance periods may involve fees. Interest will accrue during extended forbearance periods.
     • At the end of the forbearance period, you will need to make a lump-sum payment to catch up on your mortgage loan.
     • We also can work with you to explore additional options, such as modifying your mortgage loan or deferring past due payments.
3. Modify your mortgage loan.
   • With this option, you can avoid making a lump-sum payment.
     • Loan modification is a simple process.
     • When your loan is modified, we simply make changes to the structure of your loan to include missed payments from a forbearance period. This may extend the total length of your mortgage.
     • We will work with you to fill out the appropriate paperwork.
4. Payment Deferral
   
   A Payment deferral brings your mortgage current. It also delays your obligation to repay certain past due monthly principal and interest payments, as well as other amounts we paid on your behalf that were related to the past due monthly payments. However, you are responsible for paying the past due amounts, in full, when:
   • Your mortgage matures;
   • The property is sold or transferred;
   • Your mortgage is refinanced; or
   • The interest-bearing, unpaid principal balance is paid off prior to its maturity date.
